The Genesis of 24:15
The name 24:15 is rooted in Joshua 24:15: “But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” This declaration is not merely a statement of belief, but a posture of shepherding, responsibility, and devotion that begins in the home and extends outward into communities and generations.
The ministry emerged through a long season of discernment, prayer, and formative moments in which Rafy, the founder of 24:15, gradually accepted the Lord’s invitation to pursue this work. It represents the convergence of his theological training, years of ministry leadership, and his personal experience as a son, father, grandfather, pastor and adjunct professor at a Theological Seminary, laying a foundation that extends beyond any one leader.
In seasons of quiet listening, a consistent phrase surfaced again and again: “Make all things new.” This invitation became both a personal calling and a theological anchor, aligning the ministry with the redemptive arc of Scripture. 24:15 is grounded in the conviction that God restores what is broken, heals what is fractured, and renews what feels beyond repair, beginning in the hearts of fathers and extending to families, communities, and generations.

God has designed the family as the foundational institution of society and has entrusted parents with the responsibility of raising their children in the knowledge of Him.
Scripture consistently teaches that fathers have a unique role in leading their families spiritually.
Key passages that shape our ministry include:
Joshua 24:15 – A commitment to lead one’s household in serving the Lord
Deuteronomy 6:6–7 – Teaching God’s Word diligently to children
Psalm 78:5–7 – Passing faith from one generation to the next
Ephesians 6:4 – Fathers raising their children in the instruction of the Lord

Mission
24:15 exists to restore and equip fathers as spiritual shepherds, leaders, and servants of their homes, for the sake of cultivating healthy, Christ-centered families that impact communities and generations.
This mission is lived out primarily through relational discipleship and biblical teaching, rooted in presence rather than programs.
As fathers are formed, families are strengthened. When a man learns to worship rightly, serve sacrificially, and lead with faithfulness, the impact extends beyond him to his spouse, children, and the generations that follow.
In this way, 24:15 serves not only fathers, but the households, communities, and generations shaped by their faithfulness.
Vision
We envision a legacy of faith formed within households and entrusted from one generation to the next.
In a culture driven by short-term outcomes, 24:15 calls fathers to recover a long view of faithfulness. Legacy is not measured by accumulation or visibility, but by worship rightly ordered, love practiced daily, and obedience lived consistently over time.
This vision takes root first among Hispanic communities in the United States and abroad, where faith, family, and community are deeply intertwined. From these households, the work of 24:15 is entrusted forward, carried relationally into other cultures and contexts as God leads.
The aim of 24:15 is not quick fixes, but legacy: faith entrusted from one household to the next, from fathers to children, and from one generation to another.
Values
We commit to placing Jesus Christ at the center of our lives and work, trusting and obeying God as the source of truth, transformation, and direction. We devote ourselves to worship him, which affects every aspect of our love and service.
Christ at the Center
Integrity in Action
We commit to living what we teach, leading by example with honesty and consistency. In a world marked by compromise, we choose faithfulness that earns trust over time.
Compassion Without Borders
We commit to extending compassion to all and adapt our approach to honor many types of contexts. We serve the poor in spirit, the weary, and the overlooked with humility, patience, and dignity, without hierarchy or exclusion.
Humility Through Obedience
We commit to walking humbly before God, submitting our lives to His authority. We trust that obedience, not control or self-reliance, is the pathway to lasting transformation.
Unity Through Prayer
We commit to unity that begins with God. As we pursue unity with Him through prayer and encouragement, we cultivate unity with one another in our homes, churches, and communities.
Statement of Faith
-
We believe there is one living and true God who exists eternally in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the Creator, Redeemer, Preserver, and Ruler of the universe. He is holy, sovereign, all-powerful, all-knowing, and perfectly loving. Each Person of the Trinity is fully God, equal in divine nature, power, and glory.
-
We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who became fully human while remaining fully divine. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, and perfectly revealed the will of God. He died on the cross as the substitutionary sacrifice for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and now reigns at the right hand of the Father as the only mediator between God and humanity. He will return again in power and glory.
-
We believe that the Holy Spirit is fully God and active in the world today. He inspired the writing of Scripture, exalts Christ, and convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. The Holy Spirit regenerates, indwells, sanctifies, and empowers every believer, guiding them into truth and enabling them to live in obedience to God.
-
We believe that the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired and authoritative Word of God. It is God’s revelation to humanity, completely true and without error, and the final authority for faith, doctrine, and life. The Scriptures are sufficient to teach, correct, and instruct in righteousness.
-
We believe that salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith alone in Jesus Christ. All who repent and trust Him are forgiven, justified, and given eternal life. Salvation, a work of God’s grace, includes regeneration, sanctification, and glorification, and is not earned by human effort.
-
We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers redeemed by His blood. It exists to worship God, proclaim the gospel, make disciples, and equip believers for ministry. The local church provides fellowship, spiritual growth, and accountability for its members.
-
We believe that God has established the family as the foundational institution of society. Marriage is a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman. Children are a blessing from the Lord and are to be raised in the nurture and instruction of God. Parents, especially fathers, are called to lead spiritually and disciple their children according to Scripture.
-
We believe that fathers have a God-given responsibility to lead their families spiritually. They are to love, shepherd, teach, and disciple their children, modeling Christlike character and guiding their households in faith and obedience to God.
