Rafael (Rafy) Gutierrez serves as the guest speaker at Family Conference in Peru 

LIMA, PERU — From June 11–14, Dr. Rafael (Rafy) Gutierrez, Founder and Director of 24:15 Ministry, served as the guest speaker at the Family Conference, “Families After God’s Own Heart,” hosted by Iglesia Alianza Cristiana y Misionera (IACM) in Lince, Peru. 

During the event, Gutierrez presented a series of conferences focused on strengthening families through a biblical perspective. Topics included The Genesis of the Family, Parents and Technology, Absent Fathers – Wounded Children, Marriage: Emotions or Commitment?, and The Family as the Salt and Light of the Earth. 

The eight conferences and two preachings,  emphasized the home as the primary place of spiritual formation, the role of fathers as the first leaders of their children, and the challenges Christian families face in a culture shaped by rapid technological change, social pressures, and moral confusion. 

In addition to the sessions held at the IACM Church in Lince, the ministry also had opportunities to share some of the biblical principles mentioned with congregations in Villa El Salvador and San Miguel, extending the reach of the teaching to families and church leaders in those communities. 

Attendees responded positively, expressing a strong desire to strengthen marriages, restore relationships between parents and children, and cultivate a faith that is practiced daily in the home. The conferences also included times of reflection and discussion on the responsibility of Christian families to influence their communities and future generations for Christ. 

Gutierrez’s participation in Peru is part of the ongoing mission of 24:15 Ministry to equip fathers and families to live out the commitment of Joshua 24:15: “But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
